Phenom. 1.2

Phenom is an innovative iOS mobile application aimed at creating a comprehensive intelligence tool for the collection, analysis, and reporting of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and other unexplained occurrences. The app serves as the official platform for PHENOM LLC, an organization committed to investigating anomalous phenomena, including UFOs, cryptozoological entities, and paranormal activities.

The key features of Phenom include:

• Phenom Synch: This feature alerts users and teammates in real time when they might witness a UAP event. Users can upload pictures or videos along with detailed descriptions of sightings. This information is disseminated to other users who can view the sighting's exact location based on Bearing, Range, and Altitude (BRA) data. Those nearby may corroborate reports with their own evidence.
• Phenom 3RE: Users can access the most recent three reported sightings globally. Future updates will allow browsing of reported phenomena on a map or in a chronological list.
• Further developments are planned to provide users with in-app access to a comprehensive website that includes detailed findings, sighting reports, an archive of relevant articles, and a formalized method for reporting UFO encounters.

Phenom consolidates all its data through its backend system known as PHENOMaiNON. This Cloud Native AI platform is designed to collect, analyze, and predict data-driven events related to unexplained phenomena.

The functionality of PHENOMaiNON encompasses the collection, storage, search, and analysis of information regarding various events, eyewitness testimonies, and recorded data that may illuminate advanced technologies and capabilities on a global scale. The database is built to accommodate diverse formats, languages, and data sources including contributions from civilian sectors, industry, academia, law enforcement agencies, the United States government, and other sovereign entities. Additionally, it assimilates data from aviation authorities and climatic studies among other relevant resources.

The overarching aim of PHENOM is to foster global cooperation and collaboration through education, hands-on experience, and exposure to unexplained phenomena founded on rigorous data analysis and evidence collection.
